The hotel offers rooms at different levels, making each day big and clean from Aug 26th to Sept 2nd this year. The service was great and very helpful, with excellent food options and ample seating both inside and out. The location may be a bit misleading, yet provides a private castle-like feel down a big hill. The dining experience was amazing with various continental options. The facilities are top-notch with 2 large pools and plenty of sunbeds at the pools and beach.

I had a lovely stay at Yasmin Hotel. The room had an amazing view, although there was a slight issue with a drain smell, it was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. The staff, especially the guest relations team, were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The animation and mini club teams provided excellent entertainment, making my holiday enjoyable. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

The service was a mix of experiences. While some staff members were not very welcoming and seemed preoccupied with their phones, the customer relations manager was efficient and kind in sorting out any issues. There was a bit of a language barrier for some staff but overall a beautiful hotel.
